NHCIBOR Communications Meeting Minutes January 20, 2010

We have purchased the rights to web based Avectra business software. This software also has capability for front end software to manage our website and will be the new system for emails, calendar, database, and newsletter. This software will also allow us to take advantage of newer technology (i.e. facebook, twitter, text message blasts, etc). Chris will ask Johnna to write an article describing the new software.
Discussed website development. Our first step will be to create a “wishlist” based on our target market which consists of: Brokers, Affiliates, and the General Public (buyers). We will develop and outline of the wishlist, distribute to the team on Tuesday the 26th, and have a conference call on the 27th to refine the wishlist. The following people are responsible for a first cut at the outline:
Chris – Affiliates perspective
Bayard – Customers perspective
Bob – Brokers Perspective
We also discussed selecting 5 website design companies for consideration. Suggestions are: 36 Design, WEDU, Silverscape, and Union Street Media.
The committee approved incorporating NNERHN Board notes into the newsletter/website. David Choate will provide the notes.
