Yiping's Asian Market Expanding to West Lebanon, NH

January 27th, 2010

Bruce M. Waters, CCIM, Senior Broker for McLaughry Commercial, is pleased to announce the long-term lease with Yiping’s Asian Market for expanded space at 55 Main Street in West Lebanon, NH.

Yiping Weed, owner and operator of Yiping’s Asian Market has successfully operated a smaller store in downtown Hanover, but based on her success and regional appeal, she sought a larger store with a universal location which will be more convenient to her growing market share.

55 Main Street is located in the heart of downtown West Lebanon, directly across from the new Kilton Public Library.

Yiping said, “We knew we needed a larger store, which 55 Main Street offers, plus West Lebanon has exposure to many Vermont customers as well as the Dartmouth community and our local cliental.”

Yiping’s Asian Market carries a wide variety of Asian food staples as well as those hard to find Asian food supplies that can only be found in the metropolitan areas of Boston or New York.

The new store will be 1,500+/- SF with ample storage and ample parking.

McLaughry Commercial represented the owner/landlord, Princeton Realty Holdings and assisted the tenant in the lease.

McLaughry Commercial has been servicing the commercial real estate market in the Upper Valley for over 40 years with its principal office in West Lebanon, NH.
