Commercial Property Exchange “CPE” is NHCIBOR’s online commercial property database. You must be a member of NHCIBOR in order to join. The annual cost of membership is $ 580.00, which is pro-rated quarterly and the billing period runs from July 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2025.
