Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty Announces Notable Commercial Transactions

Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty is proud to announce the recent successful completion of several significant commercial real estate transactions throughout New Hampshire.

Senior Advisor Tom Duffy, was recently recognized as the #1 agent within the entire Verani Company of 515 real estate agents, and fellow Senior Advisor Mike Charron, a consistent top producer for the firm, completed the disposition of the Hanover (NH) Condominium portfolio. The package of high profile properties includes twenty-eight (28) condominiums in four (4) separate communities throughout Hanover, including 8 Summer Street, 43 Wheelock Street, 16 West Wheelock Street and 41 West Wheelock street for an aggregate transaction price of $5,700,000.00 Duffy and Charron represented the seller in this particular transaction.

On the buyer side, Duffy and Charron completed the successful acquisition of a portfolio of multi-family communities in New Hampshire, including 70 Lowell Street, a fifty-five (55) unit multifamily property in Manchester for a combined sales price of $2,990,000.00. The Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty’s commercial division representatives seamlessly delivered on the purchase of these two assets for the purchasing party.

And finally, in a busy fury of transactions, Berkshire Hathaway Senior Advisor Scott Reiff recently completed the sale of 625A Broadway Road in Dracut, Massachusetts for a price of $1,500,000.00. Reiff had the exclusive assignment to sell the land parcel, as well as procure the buyer in this transaction.
