Commercial Building Systems – The good, the bad and the ugly
Explore the basics of building systems with a panel of practicing mechanical, electrical and fire protection professionals. The session will cover basic information on how to identify existing system types, vintage, life cycle expectation, efficiency and code compliance. The session will expose attendees to the variety of systems and how to evaluate the benefit or liability within an existing building. The panel consists of Ken Duchesne, of Granite State Mechanical, Gary Sobolewskiof Interstate Electric and Darrell Britton of Fulcrum Associates combined they have 100 plus years of practical experience to share with participant.
