William Young and Steven Mead with Cambridge Trust were this month’s sponsor and we thank them for the delicious breakfast provided. Cash Buyers
Bob Marchewka with One Commercial Real Estate has a cash buyer looking for around 10 acres of land between Rye and Raymond for equipment storage. Preferably close to RTE 101, but doesn’t necessarily need visibility. He has another cash buyer looking for 5 acres of land in southern ME between Kittery and York.
Jerry Bazata with Cambridge Trust has a friend in the catering business that is looking to expand his business. He is looking for land in Sothern NH + ME to relocate and is willing to spend up to 4 million dollars.
Jay Lee with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a cash buyer looking for sites that can be used for redevelopment, office space, retail, and gas stations. The buyer is willing to spend anywhere between 20-30 million.
Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has a cash buyer looking for an industrial retail building on the Massachusetts/New Hampshire border and is willing to spend up to 1 million dollars and looking to do a 10/31 exchange.
Lindsey Goodrich with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a cash buyer looking for 20 units in the seacoast and is willing to spend up to 3 million.
Abby Morneault with Colliers International has a cash buyer looking to buy office space in Portsmouth. The buyers are looking for 6-8 offices with a conference room and need around 3,000 sf.
Andy Ward with Colliers International has a cash buyer looking for land to put up around 100 units of self-storage. The buyer is looking for 5-15 acres, and a retail location is not required.
Andy Fleisher with NAI Norwood Group has a cash buyer who is looking to purchase the former Friendly’s building in Dover.
Joe Friedman with Brooks Properties has a cash buyer looking for 6-10 acres of land on the I-93 corridor.
Wayne Semprini with Olde Port Properties has a couple cash buyers. The first buyer is looking to spend up to 1.5 million in the Portsmouth area, which would preferably be on the transportation line. The second buyer is looking to spend up to 6 million dollars to do a condo conversion.
Nicole Canavan with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has no cash buyers currently in NH, but does have a buyer looking for a café in Lowell, MA.
Bryan DuBois with DuBois Associates has a cash buyer looking for office space around Exeter/Epping.
Wendy Rayno with Northway Bank has a cash buyer looking for self-storage units in southern ME + NH.
David Choate with Colliers International has a cash buyer looking for a 5k-15k sf freestanding building that is preferably fewer than 1 million dollars. The buyers are looking to use the building as a veterinary products laboratory.

Bob Marchewka with One Commercial Real Estate has a couple listings. The first is a 30k sf warehouse in Lee, NH, about 1 mile away from the Lee Traffic Circle. The other listing is in Somersworth that is a 1k sf building on 1 acre of land. It is valued at $325,000.
Dave Garvey with KW Commercial has a listing for 10 acres of land in Rye, NH valued at 2.5 million.
Russ Doyle with Two International Group has 3 spaces available for office space in the 100 International Drive building in Portsmouth. The office space sizes vary from 2,000-8,200 sf.
Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has a couple listings available. The first is an independent gas station in Ossipee, NH, which additionally has 3 apartments attached. The second listing is 6 acres in Barrington, which is all gravel, has 15k cars pass daily, and is valued at $481,000.

Tom Duffy with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a listing for 15k sf of office space in New Boston/Bedford, NH. This building would be a great spot for a corporate headquarters.

Lynne Merrill with the Merrill Bartlett Group has a listing in Kingston, NH on Route 125 for a retail commercial building. It is on 3 acres of land, 7,157 sf, and valued at $799,000.
Wayne Semprini with Olde Port Properties has a listing for 17+ acres which was a former junkyard, but cleaned up in 2007 and now has 2 buildings on the property.
Christine Soutter with the Town of Durham Economic Development has a listing for the former Lexie’s restaurant building in downtown Durham. Additionally, she has 2nd floor office space above the Post Office in downtown Durham as well.

David Choate with Colliers International has a couple listings available. The first is a proposed apartment complex in Downtown Dover, known as “Dover Heights”. There are 71 apartment units and 6,200 sf of retail space approved and the asking price is $2.75M. The second listing is 2,295 sf of medical office space in Exeter, which is listed at $230,000.

Joe Campbell with North Branch Construction has been in business since 1958 and has developed into a full service, award-winning construction manager, design-builder, and general contractor serving NH and its bordering states.
