Attorney Paul Alfano will provide a comprehensive overview of the process real estate owners and triple-net tenants can follow to reduce their New Hampshire real estate taxes.  The process, called a “tax abatement,” usually results in a refund for taxes already paid for years covered by the abatement request, and a lower assessed value for the immediately succeeding tax years, depending on a number of factors Attorney Alfano will address.
