COVID 19 Portsmouth NH Mask Ordinance in Effect Till June 30, 2021: All persons are required to wear face coverings within Portsmouth city limits whenever:
- They are indoor or outdoor places accessible to the public,
- When physical distancing of six feet (6′) is not possible.
Exceptions:
- Medical or other condition that prohibits mask wearing
- Those under 6 years old
- Persons actually eating or drinking in licensed food service location
