Presented by the NH CIBOR Education Committee – Understanding Contracts – Know Before You Draft will include analysis of the 2022 updates to the CIBOR form Purchase and Sale Agreement, discussion of key points in negotiating a purchase agreement, information on the drafting and use of a letter of intent, and examples of a variety of traps for the unwary in drafting and reviewing purchase agreements.
