The NHAR Risk Management Subcommittee is proud to present the third in a series of six risk management videos designed to help members recognize and avoid potential legal pitfalls while working with customers and clients.

In this installment, NHAR Legal Counsel Matt Johnson and Risk Management Subcommittee member Brendan Battenfelder discuss the implications of a new state statute, effective July 1, 2024, which allows for Transfer of Death Deeds.
