A panel consisting of experienced brokers, lawyers and a space planner will focus on an office space case study to discuss aspects of tenant representation. The program will look at the basics of tenant rep and the role of a space planner, and there will be detailed reviews of the business terms that brokers negotiate on behalf of tenants and landlords, as well as the legal issues that lawyers negotiate on behalf of their clients.
