Changes to NHAR Standard Forms
Several additions have been made to New Hampshire’s suite of standard forms for 2023, and NHAR general counsel Matt Johnson explains those changes and the rationale behind them in this four-minute video.
The changes:
- Addition of “Waiver of Inspection Rights Addendum”
- Addition of “Termination of Purchase and Sales Agreement”
- Addition of “Choice of Law and Venue” language to P&S Agreement
- Addition of “Delayed Showings Clause” to Clause Library
- Addition of “Property Status Clause” to Clause Library
- Addition of road access language to Property Disclosure Form
