Christian Stallkamp, past President NHCIBOR and NECPE 2020 is this year’s 2021 Realtor of the Year. It is well-deserved.
Christian Stallkamp won Broker of the Year 2020 The Boulos Company as Top Producer. One of Christian’s fellow brokers said of Christian, “Christian is honest and caring – two words not always described when talking about commercial real estate brokers. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is a great problem solver. Christian is a great example for other realtors in CIBOR!”
Christian has worked fervently on behalf of NHCIBOR and NECPE. Throughout 2020 he worked many remote seminars for the NH Business Review, NHCIBOR and NECPE educating the viewers on the commercial real estate business. He is active in the local community where he serves as Vice President of the Coastal Association of New Hampshire as well as volunteering for the Big Brother and Big Sisters Fishing Event and the Veterans Striped Bass Fishing Event.

Barbara Lizotte
Tobey & Merrill Insurance
Barbara Lizotte, an Affiliate member of NHCIBOR since 2014 has been awarded 2021 Affiliate of the Year. Barbara is a commercial lines insurance agent working at Tobey & Merrill Insurance since 2014. Tobey & Merrill has been in business for 101 years and is one of the largest independent insurance agencies on the seacoast.
Barbara has been very involved in volunteering for NHCIBOR’s Affiliates and Special Events committee helping to organize the Summer Mixer since its inception.
She has served as President of the Hampton Rotary Club and has been active as a volunteer member for over 8 years. She is also a member of the NH Association of Independent Agents where she has served on the Education Committee.
