Description: NH Core Course: NHREC C #010 taught by John Doran, a review and update of Laws, Rules, and Regulations affecting Real Estate Brokerage in NH along with recent activity at the NH REC & NH Legislature. The Core is mandatory for license renewal for all licensees and a second Core can be submitted for elective credit when Core is taken twice from two different Instructors.
