Fulcrum Associates Completes New Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility for LYMO Construction
New facility exceeds LEED Platinum performance criteria
Amherst, NH – (November 27, 2018) – Fulcrum Associates, a leading construction management firm in southern New Hampshire, recently completed services on the construction of LYMO Construction’s new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Londonderry. As one of New England’s premier building envelope and exterior cladding solutions providers, LYMO’s new 35,000-square-foot facility incorporates its own materials and systems, including LYMO Rain Screen Panels. The building’s pressure equalized cladding system created a super-insulated building envelope that exceeds the criteria of LEED Platinum performance.
LYMO’s goal was to create a space that also served as a showroom to display its installation systems and materials. The new 35,000-square-foot building includes three floors of office space with a high bay manufacturing facility, and there is an additional accessory building dedicated to material and finished product storage.
“The Fulcrum team took an interest in our concept before we even committed the project to them,” said Dan Lynch, owner of LYMO. “Their guidance, access to sub-contractors and ability to understand our vision from early on provided tremendous value during our eight-month pre-construction engagement, which carried us through the entire project.”
