Greetings NHCIBOR Affiliate Members:
NHCIBOR Affiliate membership renewal fees for 2022 have been released for payment online. Go to www.realtor.org, On the top right hand side, click on Sign In/Register. Once you are logged into the National Association of REALTOR database, go to the top of the page and click on Pay Dues.
If you would like to pay by check, click here for: Affiliate Invoice 2022. Make check payable to NHCIBOR, 166 South River Rd. Ste.115, Bedford, NH 03110. Please write in the memo section of the check who it is to be credited to. Hard copies of these invoices were mailed out in the beginning of November.
Don’t risk having to pay the late fee! Submit your payment no later than 12/31/2021. If the office receives your payment between 1/02/22 and 1/31/22, you may be charged a $25.00 late fee.
NECPE members: A membership requirement of NECPE is that you should be a member in good standing with NHCIBOR. If you do not renew in a timely manner, you could risk losing or interrupting your NECPE membership.
