NHCIBOR Announces 2019 REALTOR and AFFILIATE of the Year!

For the past four decades, Tom has developed his financial expertise through his professional practice as a REALTOR and as member of the National Association of Realtors. ( NAR )

During that time, he served community, both of his local real estate boards, CIBOR and GMNBR as well as the NH Board Of REALTORS. Tom has served on many of their committees in one way or another as well as serving as both their Treasurer and President.

After serving in many local & state positions, he was elected to represent the Region 1 2015 NAR Vice President.

During the past two and a half years he was honored to have served and represent all REALTORS not only in NH, but throughout the world as their nationally elected Treasurer and Officer of the National Association of REALTORS.

As the Treasurer of NAR, Tom was honored to serve in a leadership position sitting on and setting policy on all committees of the NAR. This included Ethics, Public Policy, Marketing, Legal and more. All this while overseeing the financial aspects of a brand value 6-billion-dollar organization with a 300 million budget plus many subsidiaries.

This was no easy task as it took him away from family and business. Traveling as a representative of all REALTORS through NAR from conference to conference, meeting to meeting for over 190 days in 2017 and 202 days in 2018.

It is no exaggeration to suggest that the success Tom has experienced in his professional life is a byproduct of the support he received from being in service to his REALTOR family. Tom strongly believes that giving back to the community and organization which has given so much to him is his responsibility, and Tom takes that responsibility seriously!

Jeff has been an active member of NHCIBOR since 2016.  He is a regular at virtually every NHCIBOR event and many others in the community. His work on the membership committee is top notch and has helped our group grow to nearly 600 total members. While maintaining an active family life, Jeff is also involved with a number of boards and local charities, including but not limited to the NH Better Business Bureau Scholarship Committee and Neighborworks Greater Manchester. He gives graciously of his time as an active wrestling coach and referee and to the parish of Ste. Marie Catholic Church.  All of this while still successfully running a very active insurance company that saw a 67% increase in 2018 alone.
