WOW!! What happened to 2024? Welcome to 2025! This is my 2nd go around as President of New Hampshire CIBOR and NECPE. I look forward to continuing in Ethan’s footsteps. The new Boards of Directors for both organizations have pledged to carry the baton forward, working toward continuous improvement for our members.
Like all boards, the challenge will be to keep and grow a strong membership. We have two boards to maintain continued success. We look forward to the Rhode Island Commercial Real Estate Professionals joining NECPE. Our educational program for 2024 provided great opportunities for our members and we look forward to even stronger programs in 2025, along with some fun and interesting networking opportunities. The monthly marketing meetings will continue in Hooksett, Portsmouth, and Andover, MA. Those who attend continue to praise the value they receive from them. Be sure to check your calendars for these events.
The transition of our listing service, NECPE, from the Catalyst platform to Moodys provided a more robust search site for all members and, like many changes, was not without challenges. Much of that is behind us and we will be offering further training as needed. Be sure to watch tutorials for any instructions on various tasks you have questions on. The NECPE Board will also be evaluating other add-ons that Moodys has to offer to determine if these add-ons would be of value to our members.
I’m encouraged by the new faces on the boards and by the young professionals who have stepped up to volunteer on the boards and various committees. It’s a testament to the dedication they have for the Commercial Real Estate Profession and the desire to enhance it. It will be a pleasure to work with them.
