Listings
Dave Garvey with KW Commercial has a couple listings available. The first is 4,200 sf of office space in Exeter with a lease rate of $12 per/sf triple net. The second listing is 75-78 acres out in Barrington that is mixed-use and can add retail shops; the price has not yet been determined.
Russ Doyle with Two International Group has 2 spaces available at One New Hampshire Avenue (same building as this Seacoast CIBOR marketing meeting). One is 3,2000 sf and the other is 3,700 sf, with a lease rate of $18.50 per sf triple net.

He also has a listing that has dramatically reduced the lease rate from $20 per/sf to $10 per/sf for the first year. The sale price was previously 2 million, which is now 1.75 million. This building is located on 20 Ladd Street in downtown Portsmouth.

We should also mention that JSA Design sponsors Access Navigators, which is a non-profit organization that focuses on making buildings around New England ADA accessible for all. They visit local businesses with the goal of determining: Is the entrance accessible? Is there an accessible restroom? Is there parking nearby?
