Minutes of Seacoast Marketing Session, which occurs every third Friday of every month.

Barbara Lizotte and Geoff Merrill with Tobey & Merrill Insurance were this month’s sponsor and we thank them for the delicious breakfast provided. Barbara began her insurance career in 1979 and she is passionate about learning the details of her client’s business to make sure there are no gaps of risk. During her free time, she is dedicated to volunteering around the seacoast.

Bryan Dubois with Dubois Associates has a cash buyer looking for self-storage sites up in Maine.

Jay Lee with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has several cash buyers looking for sites that can be used for redevelopment sites, gas stations, retail stores, and self-storage.

Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has a cash buyer looking for multifamily units and is willing to spend anywhere between 2-10 million.

Andy Ward with Colliers International has a buyer looking for 8-10k sf of vacant land in the greater seacoast area.

Dave Garvey with KW Commercial has a cash buyer looking for 100+ multifamily units anywhere in the greater seacoast area.

David Choate with Colliers has a cash buyer looking for a small but quality multifamily complex between 3-5 units.

– NHCIBOR is looking for 2 volunteers to join the Education Committee and, additionally, 2 more volunteers for the Sponsorship Committee.

– On Thursday June 13th, TF Moran hosts the annual NHCIBOR cookout.

Bob Marchewka with One Commercial Real Estate has a listing on 206 Court Street in Portsmouth. The property is currently 3k sf, with an approval to add 5k more.

Bryan Dubois with Dubois Associates has for 4 units left a 3 Bayside Road in Greenland.

Russ Doyle with Two International Group has a listing for first floor office space at 15 Rye Street in Portsmouth. The office space is 9k sf.

Jay Lee with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a couple listings. The first is 4k sf of office space in Bedford. The other listing is 17k sf of office space in Nashua, and the building used to be part of SNHU.

Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has 2 listings. The first is 1-2k sf of office space in Kittery, ME and is $10 per/sf. The second listing is in Manchester, which is 1000 sf of automobile space for $17.50 per/sf.

Andy Ward with Colliers International has a couple listings out in Epping on RTE 125. The first is 2 acres of land valued at $380,000 and the second is 6 acres of land valued at $750,000.

Dave Garvey with KW Commercial has a listing out on 108 Prescott Road in Raymond, NH that is valued at $378,000. He also has another listing for an 11-unit property in Rollinsford. There has recently been a price reduction and is now valued at $879,000.

David Choate with Colliers has a small industrial space in North Hampton, which used to be the North Hampton drive-in. It is 2,103 sf with a loading dock and storage. The lease becomes available in May and is $2,000 per/month plus utiities.

Nathan Coese with Make a Difference Landscaping offers landscaping, irrigation materials, lighting, and property maintenance.

Bill Hendrick with Restore my Floor is part of the business development team. “If you walk on it, well work on it”.

Al Silva with Silva Graphics is serving the New England area with more than 20 years experience in the sign industry.

Vince Chestnut with Alpha Locksmith brings professional security to your home or business. He wanted me to share this passage with everyone. “Somebody found out I went to the CIBOR meetings, and wondered what it was all about. I told him I don’t know all there is about it but I would try to explain. Commercial and industrial properties are presented for sale or lease. There could even be a castle in Spain. We have continuing educational courses, to keep our professional skills up to date. Professional development is important to all of us, of course. We don’t want anyone’s career to stagnate. There’s even CIBOR Cares to give back to the community. Our affiliates provide their services to our realtor members. They provide everything from birth to financial security. You might think I joined to learn the latest trend? I think instead, I found a friend.”

Erin Pike with St. Germain Collins is a scientist, Environmental Project Manager and Lender Services Manager on the St.Germain Collins team. She works with a lot of petroleum-based companies so she can help assist any realtors who work with clients buying gas stations. Also, she works with a lot of lenders.

Eve Hoefle with Two International Group oversees acquisition and asset management activities for the enterprise.  Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing transactions, performing due diligence, underwriting and securing financing and capital.  In her asset management role, Eve focuses on portfolio operations, including leasing and financial performance, and investor reporting.

Ute Luxem with Profile Bank wanted to remind everyone about the reduction of arsenic levels.

Rick Rostoff with Linear Retail is looking for shopping centers to purchase.

Marie Bodi with CP Management provides a comprehensive level of service with over a century of combined experience in various disciplines, including property management, construction management, development, maintenance, and in-house asset management.

Kevin Raymond with Optima Bank would like people to know he does a lot of financing for hospitality or commercial lending, and has plenty of cash to loan.

Bill Jean with Fulcrum Associates wanted to emphasis early engagement when doing construction projects.

Courtney Patrick with Market Square Architects was established in 2016; with a focus on providing great value to every client they serve. They have grown from a 2-employee company to 14 employees over the years. She is looking for interior projects.

Chris Ratte with Shaheen & Gordon is an attorney at law, and is admitted in NH + ME.

Joe Cunningham with Cunningham Insurance wanted to tell people they run numbers for clients working with new properties. Also, existing clients shopping for a new insurance plan is always possible as well.

Scott Kingsley with Primary Bank provides commercial, industrial, and residential loans.

Ryan Theil with A1 Exterminators wanted to mention that, with the new season approaching, to be on the look out for bed bugs, ticks, and mosquitos. He also thanks CIBOR members for all their referrals.

Dylan Cruess with TFM Engineers provides full service developmental for retail, industrial, energy, office, institutional, and residential properties.

Joel Santos with Chapman Construction provides construction management services for projects large and small. In business for more than 30 years, they maintain long and successful relationships with their clients and partners.
