Settlement-Related Forms Changes Explained

With changes to Prime MLS scheduled to go into effect on July 15, and in order to help New Hampshire REALTORS comply with the terms of the NAR settlement agreement, NHAR has added four new standard forms, in addition to small changes to several other forms and the NHAR clause library.

NHAR has sent the updated forms to providers, and the new forms will be available in the next several days.
