Course approved for three New Hampshire CE credits
NHAR’s year of Zoom CE classes continues next month with a three-credit course, “Social Media Be-Awareness,” scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Aug. 1, with instructor Monika McGillicuddy. There is no cost for participants.
The course is a guide for navigating the social media minefield in real estate. Many agents have harnessed the power of platforms to attract clients, but in doing so some inadvertently jeopardize client positions, breach regulatory rules, violate license laws, infringe upon the REALTOR Code of Ethics, and even run afoul of office policies.
The class is not a typical “how to” guide. Instead, it’s a strategic exploration of what to avoid when utilizing social media platforms to amplify your real estate business.
