Universal Guidance applies to Realtor offices
Stay at Home 2.0 Order released by Governor Sununu
Last week, Governor Sununu released the Stay at Home 2.0 Order, which begins to re-open the economy. Part of that order includes very specific guidelines for offices with employees, including screening for symptoms before an employee comes into the office, certifying that no one is allowed to enter the office with a temperature above 100, strict cleaning protocols, and more.
It is important to note that NHAR’s legal judgment is that these protocols apply to independent contractors, meaning that Realtor offices are required to abide by them for its employees and agents. We recommend strongly that all offices with employees or agents using the office space utilize the following two-page document as guidance.
